Carl Silverberg formed the firm in 1998 after spending the previous twelve years working in various capacities in campaigns and elective offices. The firm originally targeted women Members of Congress and gradually expanded as additional clients were added. There are three distinct areas of expertise that we have developed; political fundraising, international political consulting and most recently non-profit fundraising.
